Shipping Department

This department consist 3 members and they are closely monitoring shipping line, Freight forwarder, vessel booking etc.

Technical Support

We have textile graduate Engineers whose job is to guide the factory from the selection of the yarn till to finishing of the fabric and guiding the factory in everyday’ s trouble shooting to get the proper fabrics, garments fits.

Washing Development

As per market requirement has developed all type of fancy washes like, Enzyme wash, Stone wash, Bleach wash, Tinting, Over dyeing, Sandblasting, Scraping, Whickering, Destroy, Grinding, Tagging Crinkle ,Resin ,PP etc Also keeping in mind the environmental problem new plant has started with full water treatment plant.

Quality Controlling System

We deploy one Quality Assurance Inspector for Factory who visits factory on regular and full time basis in order to ensure Development, Sampling, Production Follow Up, CSR Checking, Confirming required quality standards. We make a first sample and send it to customer to check the Workmanship and according to First sample comment we make each color sample by using actual accessories and send to customer to avoid any mistake in Bulk Production. Every Saturday we have a weekly meeting to check the status of the each order and every Monday we do TV conference with Customers to update them.

Compliance

Our production network is based on compliance, we guarantee our customers that their goods are produced in factories where the workers’ rights are respected. We have our own Compliance Department that constantly evaluates the factories and provides them with mandatory follow-up improvements. We constantly strive to improve the working conditions, safety and benefits of the workers. This is made possible by a long-term partnership with our clients and manufacturers. We are following international standards and code of conduct such as BSCI, Accord, Wrap, IC .

Printing/ Appliqué/ Embroidery

We could develop Printing Screens and Embroidery Tapes, following buyers Artwork and we have the facilities to do any kinds of Printing, Embroidery and Appliqués in Bangladesh.
